Disorderly Behavior Policy
Saint Peter’s University students are not permitted to engage in behavior that physically harms or overtly disrupts another member(s) of the University community. Disorderly behavior encompasses any act or action, whether intentional or not, that physically harms or overtly disrupts any member of the University community. A student can be found in violation of this policy even if that student did not initiate the first act or action that caused the physical harm or overt disruption. Failure to comply with this policy may result in student conduct action that is reflective of the severity of the policy violation.
