Health & Safety Policy

Saint Peter’s University students are not permitted to contribute to creating an environment that would be deemed unsanitary, unsafe, and/or unhealthy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Littering on University grounds or in University buildings
• Accumulating trash without properly disposing of it
• Improperly disposing of needles, sharps, medical supplies, sanitary items, etc.
• Not maintaining a clean and orderly residence hall room and/or apartment
• Failure to comply with Health & Safety Inspections

Failure to comply with this policy may result in student conduct action that is reflective of the severity of the policy violation.
