Unauthorized Entry or Exit Policy

Saint Peter’s University students are not permitted to enter, exit, or remain in a private room, office, or restricted area without approval of another student, faculty member, or professional staff member at the University. Further, any unauthorized student entering a University-operated building or room that has been closed or locked shall be considered trespassing. Individuals who are not Saint Peter’s University students but who commit any of the above infractions will be banned from campus immediately. Failure to comply with this policy may result in student conduct action that is reflective of the severity of the policy violation or legal action for non students.
