Failure to Comply Policy

 Saint Peter’s University students are not permitted to disregard a reasonable directive, either verbal or written, from a University official or an individual acting in their official capacity at the University. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Failing to follow instructions, either written or verbal
• Failing to provide identification (i.e. OneCard, government issued license, etc.)
• Failing to provide accurate and/or honest information
• Failing to remain at the site of an active documentation of an incident

Failure to comply with this policy may result in student conduct action that is reflective of the severity of the policy violation.
